CRAIG AUKES, General Manager - Iowa born and raised, Craig and his wife Cara live
in Sioux Center and are parents to three grown children. After his college days and
a short stint in the Army, Craig spent 10 years in retail management before officially
starting his radio career some 20 plus years ago. Craig has been the general manager
at KSOU/ KIHK since 1996. He's best known and loved as the daily host of our trading
program and hence has donned the nickname in the community as "Mr. Swap Shop" himself!

DAN BONNEMA, Sales Manager - Dan's radio career started in Sioux Falls, South Dakota,
in 1969 working at KISD. In 1973, after a couple years working for his uncle "Sam,"
the next radio stop was KQAD in Luverne, Minnesota. Then came the move to KVDB in
Sioux Center in February of 1975. The call letters have changed, but Bonno still
works at KSOU/KIHK and loves the job. Dan most enjoys the creative side of "on air"
work and producing great commercials. Dan and his wife, Carol, live in Lake Park.
His daughter Deidra, son-in-law Ethan, and granddaughter Sammie Haan live in Hull.
His son Ben, daughter-in-law Emily, and granddaughters Chloe and Stella Bonnema live
in Elk Point, South Dakota.

NANCY SCHOLTEN, Account Executive - Nancy came to Sioux County Radio in 1998. Prior
to joining our team, her stops included a stint as editor of the Alton Shopper. With
her vast expertise in marketing that has covered all mediums, Nancy is ready to serve
your advertising needs. She is our resident Bear Grylls. Okay. Maybe not, but
she does love the outdoors as well as antique shopping in her spare time.

SHIRLEY WIERDA, Bookkeeper - Shirley came to KSOU in 1970, then known as KVDB,
almost at the very beginning of the station. Through the years, she has seen many
changes and many improvements to the station, and severs as the long-standing voice
of the KSOU Community Calendar. Before serving on the staff at KSOU, she worked
at the Sioux Center News office.

DOUG BROEK, News & Sports Director - Doug began his career here at KSOU (then
KVDB) as an evening announcer in 1987 after graduating from Iowa Central Community
College in Fort Dodge. Before coming back to KSOU, he worked at KIDA in Ida Grove,
IA and KBOE in Oskaloosa, IA. In 1997, Doug returned as the new News and Sports
Director at KSOU. Doug keeps our listeners informed with local sports and events

SCOTT FRANCE, Morning Announcer/Chief Operator/ Music Director - Scott started
his radio career in 1993 at KCIM in Carroll, IA, after graduating from Buena Vista
University in Storm Lake. Scott has been honored by the Iowa Associated Press and
the Iowa Broadcast News Association for his play-by-play work in previous stops as
a sportscaster in Algona, IA and Sioux City. He has been with Sioux County Radio
since January 1999. An Omaha native, Scott is an avid Nebraska Cornhusker fan. Despite
that fact, corn is the one food that makes him nauseous. Scott is also a displaced
Cheesehead, cheering for the Green Bay Packers as well as Milwaukee Brewers and Bucks.
He DOES like to eat cheese. Listen to Scott, weekday mornings from 6 to 10 on KSOU!

CAMI JO, Announcer - Cami Jo brings 20 years of broadcast experience to the crew
at Sioux County Radio. Whether it's country or contemporary, rock or rap, Cami Jo
has spun some records...Yes, when she started, they were actual records. After several
stints at stations abroad, she makes her home once again at 93.9FM. She's had her
fingers in every aspect of the business both on air and behind the scenes...from
traffic control to commercials, and from programming to production, she truly loves
every minute of it.. and why not? After all, she is a blonde that is actually paid
to talk! Tune into Cami Jo and the Midday show, weekdays starting at 10am on KSOU!

SHEENA, Announcer - Sheena was born on a tiny West Indian island called Dominica
(not to be confused with the Dominican Republic). She is a graduate of Dordt College
with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with special emphasis in Journalism.
The question on everyone's mind, "How did she end up in Sioux Center?" Let’s just
say, “thank God for Missionaries!” Sheena started at KSOU as a part-time intern
in 2007 and was then taken on full-time. She has 4 younger brothers who all live
in Dominica and she misses them terribly, however, she is happy to call Sioux Center
her "Home away from home.” Join her on 93.9 every weekday from 2-7pm and especially
from 4-5pm for 80s Explosion!

DALE BAKKER, Announcer - Host of Precious Memories, Sunday afternoons on KSOU.
The request program starts at 12:30pm and runs through 7:30pm. Dale will soon be
celebrating his 800th show. Dale and his wife Kathy live right here in Sioux Center.
The Bakkers have 3 children, Andrew 20 (a United States Marine), Amber 16, and Alex
13, plus Lucky their pet Dachshund. Sports keeps this family very busy between football,
basketball, and volleyball. There is not much quiet time here! Kathy is an LPN
at Royale Meadows Care Center in Sioux Center. Dale is employed full time at Taco
Johns in Sioux Center. Tune in every Sunday and relive Yesteryear with "Precious
Memories.”
